Participants from the Navy consisted of representatives from Sintelal, Koarmada I, and Seskoal.
The event began with the opening by the Head of the Seskoal Kapusjianmar TNI First Admiral Suharto, SH, M.Si (Han)., as the Head of the Division of The 4th IMSS 2021, who conveyed a welcome greeting to the participants and an outline of preparations for the implementation of The 4th IMSS 2021. Presentation of Activities The 4th IMSS 2021 delivered by Wakapusjianmar Seskoal Marine Colonel (F) Salim, SE, ended with a discussion and question and answer.
The theme of The 4th IMSS 2021 is “International Maritime Cooperation For Security, Peace and Prosperity” which will be held on 23-24 August 2021 online followed by 100 participants and offline or video conference attended by 250 participants. The participants came from 54 countries, TNI-Polri Officials, Defense Attaches, Ministry of State, TNI/Polri Educational Institutions, Maritime Institutions and Universities.
This biennial event is an international standard Navy Discussion Forum which is one of the Strategic policies of the Chief of Staff of the Navy (Kasal) Admiral Yudo Margono, S.E., M.M., in strengthening military diplomacy and increasing contributions in winning national interests.
